Refund Policy

Smartify Karo does not accept returns on any orders once the product has been delivered. All sales are considered final upon successful delivery to the customer’s address.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, colours, and seller details before placing an order.
While we do not offer returns, we do offer an exchange on eligible items. If you have received an item that does not meet your expectations due to size, colour variation, or a genuine product issue, you may request an exchange subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging as received at the time of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to availability of the replacement item from the respective local seller.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
To initiate an exchange within the 24-hour window, please follow these steps:
The following items are strictly not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Sale items or items purchased using a discount code or promotional offer.
- Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order clothing.
- Items for which an exchange request was raised after the 24-hour window.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Support@smartifykaro within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritise your case and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible, including a full exchange or store credit at our discretion.
Smartify Karo does not offer monetary refunds for delivered orders. However, in exceptional cases — such as non-delivery, duplicate charges, or payment errors — customers may be eligible for a full refund to their original payment method. Such cases will be reviewed individually by our support team.
Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched from the seller. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be processed.
Smartify Karo reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
