Smartify Karo is a fashion-focused hyperlocal e-commerce and quick-delivery platform operated under Newtify Innovation Private Limited.

We connect customers with available fashion products and local sellers and facilitate convenient ordering and delivery.

Account & User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information while creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not use another person's account without permission.
• You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information accurately.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

Pricing & Payments

Product prices displayed on the website are applicable at the time of placing the order unless otherwise stated.

• Applicable delivery charges may be added at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
• Orders may be cancelled where a pricing or technical error has occurred.
• Payment confirmation does not necessarily guarantee product availability.

Orders & Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers may receive an order confirmation containing order details.

Smartify Karo reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraud or other legitimate operational reasons.

Order Cancellation

• A countdown timer may be displayed on the order details page.
• The timer starts from the time the order is placed.
• Refreshing the page will not restart the timer.
• Once the cancellation window expires, cancellation will no longer be available.
• Cancellation may become unavailable earlier if the order moves to Packed or Out for Delivery status.
• A successfully cancelled order will show the status Cancelled.

Delivery

Smartify Karo provides hyperlocal fashion delivery based on product availability, seller location, customer location and operational conditions.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, seller availability, operational delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Exchanges

Submitting a request does not automatically mean that it has been approved. Each request may be reviewed before further action is taken.

Product Condition

• Products should be unused and in their original condition wherever applicable.
• Original tags, labels and packaging should be retained wherever applicable.
• Products should not show signs of washing, alteration, misuse or customer-caused damage.
• Accessories supplied with the product should be included where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved and applicable, it will be processed through the applicable payment/refund method.

For Cash on Delivery orders where no payment has been collected, there is no amount to refund.

Sellers & Product Availability

Some products available through Smartify Karo may be sourced from or fulfilled through local sellers.

Product availability, sizes, colours and stock levels may change at any time.

Smartify Karo may take reasonable steps to verify seller information and product listings but cannot guarantee that every listing will always remain available.

Intellectual Property

The Smartify Karo name, logo, website design, graphics, text, images, branding and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or use Smartify Karo content for commercial purposes without appropriate authorization.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Attempting to interfere with website security.
• Submitting false Return or Exchange claims.
• Uploading harmful, malicious or unlawful content.
• Attempting to access another user's account or information.
• Using automated methods to abuse orders, offers or services.

Limitation of Liability

Smartify Karo will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable services, accurate product information and efficient delivery.

However, service availability and delivery may sometimes be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, traffic, weather, operational disruptions, seller availability or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Smartify Karo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
