The platform enables customers across Lucknow to discover and purchase fashion products from local sellers and receive them within 30 to 120 minutes.

Smartify Karo acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting buyers with local sellers. We are not the direct seller of any product listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

To use Smartify Karo, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at Support@smartifykaro if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Smartify Karo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

You agree to use Smartify Karo only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content including reviews or seller listings.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the platform or other users' experience.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the platform without written permission from Newtify Innovation Private Limited.

When you place an order on Smartify Karo, you are entering into a purchase agreement with the respective local seller. Smartify Karo facilitates this transaction but is not a party to it.

• All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery where available.
• Smartify Karo reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
• In the event of a payment failure, please contact Support@smartifykaro for assistance.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. In the rare event that a product is unavailable after order placement, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be initiated.

Smartify Karo aims to deliver all orders within 30 to 120 minutes across Lucknow. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, traffic conditions, seller preparation time, and other factors beyond our control.

• Delivery is currently available within serviceable areas of Lucknow only.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of order.
• Smartify Karo is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
• In the event of a failed delivery attempt, our team will contact you to reschedule.

Local sellers who list products on Smartify Karo agree to the following:

• All product listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading in any way.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the quality, authenticity, and condition of their products.
• Sellers must fulfil orders promptly and ensure items are ready for pickup within the agreed timeframe.
• Sellers must not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items on the platform.

Smartify Karo reserves the right to remove listings or suspend seller accounts that violate platform policies.

All content on the Smartify Karo platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Newtify Innovation Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent from Newtify Innovation Private Limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newtify Innovation Private Limited and Smartify Karo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

Your use of the Smartify Karo platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Smartify Karo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform, other users, or sellers.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Smartify Karo reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
